Public works with the certified payroll, documentation, and field discipline they require. Schools, municipalities, and agencies.

Designed and installed irrigation for athletic fields, commercial sites, and large landscapes — heads, mains, controllers, all of it.

Earthwork & Grading

Laser-controlled dozer and hydraulic backhoe for rough cut through finish grade. Drainage, swales, building pads, sub-base.

Plant Selection & Installation

Material drawn from our own 18-acre Skagit Valley nursery. Trees, shrubs, ground covers — chosen for the site and installed by hand.

Lawns & Hydroseeding

Finn 1000-gallon hydroseeder for large lawn install, athletic fields, and erosion control on graded slopes.

Green Roof Construction

Layered build-ups — waterproofing protection, drainage, growing medium, plant install — engineered for the Pacific Northwest wet season.

From rough cut to finished landscape.

Most landscape construction problems start as grading problems. We start from the bottom — building pads, drainage, sub-base — and work up. Laser-controlled blade keeps tolerances tight; owned equipment keeps the schedule honest.

Eighteen acres of growing ground a short drive from most of our jobsites means we choose plant material we know — trees, shrubs, and ground covers selected for the site, hardened off, and delivered when the project is ready for them.

Some categories require their own playbook. Athletic fields demand laser-flat sub-grade and consistent germination. Parks demand durability against constant public use. Green roofs demand engineered drainage and the right growing medium.
